Are they really 4 years apart?????

This kid kills me! He is too stinkin adorable! Ryder is such a complex kid. He can change his whole attitude in less than 30 seconds sometimes. We've learned to just let him throw his fit, and he will snap out of it in his own time. He is a total bruiser, and today he was "playing" with Jacksie. I looked at them and asked Jackson if he realized that Ryder was going to be bigger than him someday. He didn't get it. People are amazed that he isn't three yet. He is a total athlete. He will be amazing at soccer....if he ever gets potty trained! :)
You might not be able to tell in this photo since Ryder was being a stinker, but he isn't too far behind Jackson. He is wearing size 3/4 clothes. He has been for awhile now. He probably out weighs Jackson, too. Fun times! :)

And she's off.......

Ainsley has been part walking for a couple of weeks now, but now she has got it. It's funny to see how much she has changed over the past weeks. From barely taking a couple of steps, to getting up from the ground and taking off. It is hard to believe that she will be one in a couple of days!!!

My Stampin' Up! Business.......

I have wanted to do more with my business for awhile now. I have my stamp club that meets once a month and I love it! It is so fun to show my friends new stuff and to see the excitement in their faces when they see that it is something they can do. Stampin' Up! has teamed up with Build-A-Bear and created a new line of exclusive products that are so fun! We have die-cuts, stamps, and paper. It has been a lot of fun playing with all of the products. My latest idea is to have a class where kids can come and make their own tote bag. I will have everything already cut, and the kids will be able to choose what clothes their bear will wear, and what color they want their name to be. The bag for Aspen was my tester. I don't like how the bear turned out, so they will all be the same colors as the one that is on the boo bag. I am going to make a boo bag for all of my kids. It isn't very big...about 10 1/2 by 9ish, but perfect for trick or treating. I told my kids that once it is full, we will be done! :)

We also have a stamp set that has stamps that can be stamped, and the kids can color in the bears with markers or crayons. I would love to have a class for that too. What do you think? Anyone interested in having their kids make these fun projects? :)

Soccer days are here again!

(Jackson was a little late for that kick!! :) )

Our soccer life has begun again. No more lazy Saturday mornings. Yesterday was the kids' first game since May. (We take a break during the summer :)) Aspen has been with the same coaches and team for 4 seasons now. It's a great team they have built. They are the Blue Dragons this season. Jackson has also been with his coaches and team for at least 5 seasons. Dan actually is the assistant coach for his team. It is fun. His team is called the Comets. Ryder is just itching to play. He is a very athletic kid. He has been doing drop kicks for months.....he is 2 1/2! He is a very funny kid. We told him that he needs to go potty in the big boy potty and not wear diapers anymore if he wants to play soccer. No way is he going out there in a diaper! He could actually start playing in January if we really wanted to go there. I'm pretty sure he won't be going potty by then. He can be pretty stubborn!

Funny Ainsley.

Life has been much better the past couple of weeks. Ainsley's eye looks great! No more eye boogers! One day when Jacksie and Aspen were both gone to school, Ryder was in bed for a nap, and I left Ainsley to roam upstairs. I had some stamping to get done in my craft room and she was fine playing. At one point I heard her whining, and went into Jacksie and Aspen's room to find this......

She had somehow tipped over the kids hamper and crawled in. It was too funny to not get a picture. She wasn't very happy when I left her in there to go and get the camera!!!

Ainsley's tear duct is open!

Ainsley was finally able to have her outpatient surgery this morning. No more puking! We got to Phoenix Children's Surgical Center around 6 a.m. They got her back for her vitals around 7. The anesthesiologist came and explained what would happen, and then her doctor came in to explain how the procedure would go. They took her back, and from the time I texted Dan to tell him she was in, to the time I texted him saying the doctor had come out and talked to me, it was about 10 minutes! Speedy! It was boring as the doctor put it, and that is good. We just have to watch it for the next couple of weeks to make sure that it is staying open, but more than likely it will be fine. She was pretty cranky afterwards. She screamed for about 20 minutes on the way home. Once she finally fell asleep, she slept for a while. She was happy for a few hours, then it was time for another nap. She and Ryder both slept for about 3 hours!!!!! That never happens at this house! I was able to crash, too. It was nice. She's had a slight fever and that is normal. Tonight after her bath we could tell how much better her eye looks. Barely red and very little swelling. YEAH!!! Thanks to all the friends and family who helped out......blessings, prayers, keeping kids. We are grateful!
