Tooth Update #2....

This morning was the root canal. Now, we have been prepping her for days. Last night after FHE, Dan gave her a blessing that she would be brave and okay. She did awesome!!! No tears or anything. I could hardly believe it. I was probably more uptight about it than her!!! She is such a drama queen, I thought she would be hysterical over the shots. But, no! She didn't even flinch! We have a great dentist. Her name is even Happy! Hopefully it saved her tooth, and she will have it for awhile longer!

Tooth Update...

So Aspen went to the dentist this week. She has been going every month since she hit it. It has been fine until now. Bummer! She is scheduled for a root canal on the 15th. Not fun. I just had one on Monday. Her dentist thought it would be better to try to save her tooth. Who knows? She could loose it by next year anyway. She got her first tooth at 3 months, and she will probably start loosing them early. Plus, it's tons cheaper to do the root canal than get a fake tooth. :) I'm definately not looking forward to the process, though! We have tried to prep her. Last night she started to cry when we told her she would be getting shots in her mouth. It was heartbreaking. We did tell her that her dad would give her a blessing the night before so that she could be brave and strong. We'll keep you posted......
